This location is shown only to members
1 on 1 Tai Chi training for all levels beginner to advanced.
Training will include: Clear's Big 8 Move Set, Chi Kung (Qigong) energy work & Internal Push Hands.
Beginners will learn a short 8 Move set along with the Chi Kung & Breath work necessary for achieved the amazing health benefits of Tai Chi. The 8 Move Set can be learned quickly and practiced in a short amount of time so even those with a busy schedule can get the benefits of Tai Chi.
Intermediate & Advanced Tai Chi Players will be able to practice and build high level internal skill and ability through Clear's Internal Push Hands as well as other Push Hands methods and exercises.
Whether you want to play push hands for health or for self defense you will need someone to practice with. Come join our weekly Push Hands Meetup from 10am - 12 every Saturday.
All styles welcome. No push hands or Tai Chi experience necessary.
